We start every morning.

Sauced & Tossed opened in 2019 with a deck oven, a pasta extruder, and one rule: nothing from a jar. Dough is fermented three days, the Sunday gravy simmers from 9 AM, and the salads get tossed when you order โ€” not before.

That's why our menu online is never out of date: if it's on this page, it's in the kitchen tonight.
